DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS

APPLY FOR A NEW NICOP
- Passport-sized picture.
- Picture of the front page of your passport.
- Additionally, you must provide the CNIC number and name of a relative who is a Pakistani national only (children, siblings, paternal and maternal grandparents, and paternal and maternal grandchildren) for the documentation process.
FOR A FIRST EVER NICOP
- A valid copy of a Pakistani or Foreign passport.
- Birth certificate with father’s or mother’s name in case of foreign birth OR
- S-1 form in the case when applicant’s Pakistani passport is expired or invalid.
- Copies of parent’s CNIC.
- Passport is exempted if NICOP is applied for within the first six months of birth.
RENEW A NICOP
- Expired NICOP is required
- Passport-sized picture
- Picture of the front page of your Passport
Additional document for Nicop card
- You must provide the CNIC number and name of a relative who is a Pakistani national.
- NICOP/CNIC name and number of parents for further documentation process.

MODIFY YOUR NICOP
- Passport-sized picture
- NICOP/CNIC name and number of parents
- Picture of the front page of your Passport
For Change in Marital status:
- Married Male Nikah Nama OR Affidavit is required
- Married Female Nikah Nama OR Affidavit duly countersigned by the husband.Husband’s CNIC/MNIC/NICOP OR confirmation through email by the husband along with the copy of CNIC/MNIC/NICOP for the documentation process.
- Divorced Male/Female
Divorce Papers or the issued certificate - Deceased Husband
A Death Certificate of the husband is required - For a change of family head
CNIC / NICOP of the head of the family or guardian
APPLY FOR NEW POC CARD
- Passport-size picture
- Picture of the front page of your Passport
- Pakistani National’s ID card and passport copy
- Affidavit provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national, on the basis of which you can apply for a POC card
- Marriage Certificate (should be in English) for documentation process.
RENEWAL OF POC CARD
- Passport-size picture
- Picture of the front page of your Passport
- Pakistani National’s ID card and passport copy
- Affidavit provided by NADRA should be completed by a Pakistani national, on the basis of which you can apply for POC card
- Marriage Certificate (should be in English) for the documentation process.
MODIFICATION OF POC CARD
- Passport-sized picture
- Picture of the front page of your Passport
- Pakistani National’s ID card and passport copy
- Affidavit Provided by Nadra should be fill by Pakistani national on the basis of which you can apply for a POC card
- Marriage Certificate (Should be in English)
- Documents that Approve your Modification
APPLY FOR A NEW FRC
- A valid copy of Pak/Foreign Passport (front page)
- Birth certificate
- Copies of parent’s CNIC.
- Latest Passport Size Picture.
- Marriage Certificate (If applicable)
RENEW A FRC
- A valid copy of PAK/Foreign Passport (FrontPage)
- Latest Passport Size Picture
- Valid Pakistani Passport or valid Foreign Passport
- Nikkah Nama / Marriage paper only for married applicants and, where applicable, divorce/death certificate of the spouse to change the marital status to Divorced/Widowed
- Parents Nadra Card copies (if necessary)
- Residence Permit (if required)
